Our client, a reputable, family-run main dealership in Luton, is seeking an experienced Car Sales Executive to join their dynamic sales team during a period of significant growth and expansion. As a Car Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales success.

Duties of a Car Sales Executive:

• Selling new and used vehicles in a fast-paced retail setting
• Managing customer enquiries via walk-ins, phone calls, and online leads

• Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
• Collaborating with the sales management team to maximise sales opportunities
• Providing excellent customer service throughout the entire buying process
• Ensuring full product knowledge to present and demonstrate vehicles effectively

Requirements of a Car Sales Executive:

• Proven automotive sales experience, preferably within a main dealer environment
• Familiarity with volume retail sales in a busy dealership setting
