Essential Skillset:
- 5+ years' experience within the Electrical Industrial Engineering industry
- Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of HV electrical systems
- Support delivery of high voltage electrical projects across client sites
- Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Lead and motivate on-site teams including HV technicians, electricians, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and industry best practices
- Monitor project progress, risks, delays, and budget constraints
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively in emergency situations
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
